- Tekno Kauçuk has established its organizational
structure so that, all set goals can be achieved and all
defined policies can be followed. Tekno Kauçuk has generated
the sources needed for achieving this aim. Authorities,
duties and responsibilities for every position in our
organizational structure have been defined.
More detailed information about the authorities, duties
and responsibilities, which are defined for every position
in Tekno Kauçuk, can be found in the Organizational Hand
Book.
Our main organizational chart and the division organization
charts can also be found in the Organizational Hand Book.
The first-degree responsible person in charge of the planning,
controlling and the improving of the quality assurance
system is the “Quality Manager”. The Quality Division
can act freely by means of organizational structure and
authority, in cases of the detection of quality problems,
consideration of re-working of the problematic parts,
the control of the re-work process and the approval of
the overall processes.
In Tekno Kauçuk the President of the Board has also given
the Quality Manager, the duty of being the Quality Representative
of the Board. This can also be seen in the job definition
of the Quality Manager.
